Returns & Exchanges

At Tres Palmas, we want you to love every piece you order. We do our best to provide clear photos, accurate sizing information, and detailed descriptions so you know exactly what to expect. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right, and we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and free from stains, odors, or damage. Of course, we expect items to be tried on, but they cannot be worn beyond that.

To start a return, please email us and include your order number. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on available inventory.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
